Here’s what you need to do:
Ingredients:
- A cup of water
- Hydrogen peroxide
- Baking soda
- Salt
- A bottle of antiseptic mouthwash
- Dental pick
- Toothbrush
Instructions:
The first thing you need to do is to mix half a teaspoon of baking soda and salt each and dip your wet toothbrush in the mixture. Rub your teeth with this for about 5 minutes, then spit it out. The next step is to swish a mixture of a cup of hydrogen peroxide and a cup of water in your mouth for a minute, then spit it out as well. Rinse your mouth with water in the end, then use the dental pick to remove the tartar – be gentle and try not to hurt your gums. Finally, rinse your mouth with the antiseptic mouthwash and repeat the process every day for best results.
In order to prevent tartar accumulation on your teeth, you need to brush and floss twice a day. If you’re having problems with bad breath, rub some orange peel on your teeth in order to eliminate the bacteria. Consuming spicy food will stimulate the production of saliva and naturally clean your mouth. When brushing, use a soft brush and brush in vertical movements.
